License

Frankly, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The One Win for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the application except as permitted by applicable law.

Your Data

Your information belongs to you.

The One Win stores your information locally on your device.

Because we do not store your information on our servers, we cannot access, retrieve, or recover your One Wins or other data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups if you wish to preserve your information.

Security

The One Win includes optional password protection and biometric authentication on supported devices.

These features are provided to help protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• Securing your device
• Managing who has access to your device
• Maintaining any backups you wish to keep

Frankly, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised device, shared passwords, disabled security features, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

No Warranty

The One Win is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, The One Win.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Failure to maintain backups
• Device loss or failure
• Operating system updates
• Hardware replacement
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Lost opportunities
• Personal productivity outcomes
• Emotional distress
• Any other indirect or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for The One Win.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, portions of this section may not apply.

Productivity Disclaimer

The One Win is a personal productivity tool.

It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, business, or professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular feature or version will remain available indefinitely.

App Store Terms

If you download The One Win through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of those platforms is also subject to their applicable terms, conditions, and policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will become effective when posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
