Information We Collect

The One Win app does not collect, store, or transmit your One Wins or other app content.

Your One Wins, categories, history, settings, and other app data are stored locally on your device.

We do not require you to create an account to use the app.

If you voluntarily join the product-updates list on this website, we collect the email address you provide for that purpose only.

Product Updates

When you join the product-updates list, your email address is processed and stored by Resend, our email service provider, so we can manage the list and send occasional product updates.

Joining the list is optional and is not required to use The One Win. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Analytics and Diagnostics

The One Win does not collect analytics about your personal content.

If your device or operating system is configured to share anonymous crash reports or diagnostic information with Apple or Google, those reports are governed by their respective privacy policies.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase the Lifetime Unlock or other future purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

We do not receive or store your payment information.

Third-Party Services

The One Win relies on Apple and Google for app distribution, purchases, and certain platform services, and on Resend for the optional website product-updates list.

Those companies operate under their own privacy policies.

Data Security

Your information stays on your device.

The One Win includes optional security features such as password protection and device biometric authentication (where supported) to help protect your information from unauthorized access.

While these features improve security, no system can guarantee complete protection.

You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining your password, and controlling access to your device.

Backups

Unless you choose to create backups using your device or operating system, your information exists only on your device.

You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining any backups you wish to keep.

If your device is lost, damaged, reset, replaced, or your data is deleted without a backup, your information may be permanently lost.

Because your information is not stored on our servers, Frankly, LLC cannot recover, restore, or retrieve lost data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated Effective Date.
